Strategy without spoilers
Start with a complete four-word relationship, not merely a strong pair. Before submitting, test whether any selected word belongs more naturally with three words elsewhere on the board. When several terms share a broad topic, look for a narrower rule such as words that follow the same prefix, titles with one missing word, or a consistent grammatical pattern.
Shuffle is useful when visual proximity makes an accidental theme feel stronger than it is. Solving the most concrete category first also reduces the number of possible overlaps.
